- Establishment of ITO Educational Aid:
To enable teachers to play an effective role in shaping an Islamic society and to promote Islamic awareness among students and the community, ITO has undertaken the following initiatives for the welfare and support of teachers:
- Organizing lessons, study circles, gatherings and seminars that encourage teachers to align their personal and professional lives with Islamic teachings.
- Helping teachers enhance their academic and professional abilities.
- Supporting the promotion and dissemination of the teachings of the Prophet and his family.
- Making every possible effort to reform the curriculum and move it toward a genuinely Islamic framework.
- Assisting teachers in resolving admission and education-related issues faced by their children.
- Free Summer Camp Programme:
To support weaker students academically and to provide financial assistance to deserving and underprivileged students, free summer camps are arranged.
- Workshops and Events:
Training workshops, gatherings and various competitions are organized on blessed days, holy months and important academic occasions. These activities aim to raise the intellectual and moral standards of teachers and students and to cultivate a healthy sense of competition. - ITO Calendar and Programs:
Publishing the annual ITO calendar and planning educational and recreational programs. - Scholarship Awards:
Arranging the ITO Scholarship Award.

اساتذہ کو اسلامی معاشرے کی تشکیل میں اہم کردار ادا کرنے کے لئے منتظم کرنا، طلباء اور معاشرے میں اسلامی شعور کی بیداری، اساتذہ کی فلاح و بہبود کے لئے درج ذیل اقدامات کو عمل جامہ پہنانا
- دروس و مجالس اور سیمینارز کا اہتمام کرنا تا کہ اساتذہ کو اپنی زندگی اسلامی تعلیمات کے مطابق ڈھالنے کی ترغیب ملے۔
- اساتذہ کو تعلیمی اور پیشہ ورانہ استعداد بڑھانے میں مدد دینا۔
- تعلیمات محمد وآل محمد کی ترویج و اشاعت میں معاونت کرنا۔
- ۔ نصاب تعلیم کو خالصتنا اسلامی نصاب میں بدلنے کی حتی المقدور کوشش کرنا۔
- ۔ اساتذہ کے بچوں کے داخلہ تعلیمی مسائل کے حل میں ان کی مدد کرنا۔
فری سمر کیمپ کا قیام
- کمزور طلباء کی تعلیمی رہنمائی اور مستحق و نادار طلباء کی مالی اعانت کے لئے فری سمر کیمپ کا انعقاد کرنا
- مبارک ایام و ماہ اور تعلیمی فرائض منصبی کی مناسبت سے تربیتی ورکشاپس و محافل کاانعقاد اور مختلف مقابلہ جات کا بندو بست کرنا تا کہ طلباء و اساتذہ کی علمی و اخلاقی سطح کو بلند کیا جائے اور اُن کے اندر مسابقتی جذبے کو اجاگر کیا جائے۔
- آئی ٹی او کیلنڈر کا اجرا اور تعلیمی و تفریحی پروگرام ترتیب دینا۔
- آئی ٹی او سکالر شب ایوارڈ کا اہتمام کرنا۔
